Verna Hammond v. M. L. Allegretti

The plaintiff-petitioner filed suit in Lake Circuit Court seeking damages for injuries sustained as a result of a slip and fall upon defendant-respondent, Hammond Clinics, icy parking lot. The cause was then venued to the Porter Superior Court. Upon defendants motion, judgment on the evidence was entered by the trial court at the Conclusion of plaintiffs case in chief. The Court of Appeals affirmed.
