Vernon C. Sumnicht v. Toyota Motor Sales

This appeal is before this court on certification from the court of appeals pursuant to Sec. (Rule) 809.61, Stats., and is from a judgment and order of the circuit court for Walworth county, John J. Byrnes, circuit Judge, denying appellants motions after verdict and granting respondents motion for judgment on the verdict against appellants in the amount of $2,350,000. We affirm the judgment and order.
