Action in the district court for Stearns county for personal injuries and property damage sustained by plaintiff in a collision
between the automobile owned and operated by him and an automobile owned and operated by defendant, in which action defendant
counterclaimed for his own personal injuries and property damage and for expenses incurred as the result of injuries to his
wife, who was a passenger in his automobile. The case was tried before Byron R. Wilson, Judge, and a jury, which returned
a verdict for plaintiff for $2,000. The court granted plaintiff's motion for a new trial on the issue of damages only, and
defendant appealed from an order denying his alternative motion for judgment or a new trial. AUTHOR: CHRISTIANSON
