West of the Sunset

Eileen Shavelson compacted 50 years of magical and surprising travel adventures into one volume of 50 word vignettes. 37 short stories encapsulated in 13 chapters, from meeting Robert Redford in a New Mexico parking lot to catching the Inside Passage ferry at the tip of Vancouver Island  at the last moment for a 19 hr ride .Also a few unusual  Connecticut high school and Brooklyn earlier escapades that gave her the adventurous spirit .
