What Why How

Where do I start? Where did I go wrong? How do I do this? Why do I feel so lost? Those are all questions that I have heard from new youth directors and youth pastors.  No matter how hard they tried and how awesome of an event they threw it felt like they were stuck in a rut or just spinning their wheels. In this book we will discuss some of the main reasons why youth leaders get lost and frustrated in starting their ministry. The reader will learn how to create a clear mission, vision, and plan of attack within their youth ministry in order to be most effective.
