Which will be the new resilience case studies?
Part of The Complete Post-Pandemic Resilience Toolkit
Beschreibung des Verlags
This new reference document is freely available and is the latest addition to The Complete Post-Pandemic Resilience Toolkit, a collection of resources which includes free online consultancy. This document seeks to identify the potential case study organisations of the mid 2020s and beyond - establishing the detail of what resilience actually looks like, and what it is that resilient organisations do that is different.
One of the most effective ways to illustrate a concept such as resilience, is to provide the reader with access to case studies - that is, named organisations, quotations and well-anchored anecdotes which reference characteristics or behaviours which are relevant to our definition of resilience and which can help in confirming its meaning.
