Aesop was an Ancient Greek storyteller who lived in the 6th century BC in Athens, Greece. He had written a lot of fables known as the Aesop’s Fables. Aesop’s life is almost a mystery, for there is little known about him. According to historical facts, Aesop was a slave, but nothing more is known about the way he looked or about his life as a slave.
But, regardless of that, he was, he is and he will remain as one of the best fable writers in the world and the history.
This book is a collection of his fables gathered around the world. But, unlike in other books, here Aesop’s fables are written in rhyme, which makes them even more interesting for children.
These fables are not only interesting for reading, but they have moral value which teaches children about the good and the bad.
Among the big number of stories, you will read: The Lion and The Mouse, The Fox and The Crane, The Fox and The Crow, The Wolf and The Lamb, The Sun and The Wind, and many, many other stories.
