Cinderella Unchained

The peasant girl gets the prince, the fairytale ends. The nightmare begins.

Her family's poverty drives Fenna to put her name down to be the prince's bride. She never expects to have a chance until a gleaming coach arrives to pick her up.

She's in the palace, dressed up to be married to Prince Caspar before she knows it.

But all is not well in the kingdom. Not one, but two curses plague the royal family, ghosts roam the palace and on her wedding night, the prince changes into a bloodthirsty beast she only just manages to escape.

The rumours that he's been married three times are true and it's clear what happened to the previous brides.

Yet, Fenna cannot flee because her father and brothers would starve if they'd have to pay back the prince's money.

She has to break the curse.
