Coffeecakes & Murder

One locked mansion. Murder. And the clock is ticking.

Former FBI analyst Temperance Matthews is ready for an intriguing weekend. Along with her best friends, Josie Shaw and Officer Casey Perkins, and, of course, Hank, her dachshund, she accepts an invitation to Oak Hollow’s newest attraction. The recently restored Fox Hollow estate promises an immersive Escape House Weekend unlike any other.

Joining an eclectic cast of fellow guests, they embark on an overnight mystery experience created by a self-proclaimed brilliant entrepreneur determined to outsmart Oak Hollow’s favorite sleuths. The weekend promises hidden passages, cryptic clues, and an irresistible mystery. The catch? They have 32 hours to solve a cold case. Another twist— one case centers on a paid companion who disappeared with a cache of jewels almost a hundred years ago and has never been heard from again.

But on Saturday night, the game takes a deadly turn when a guest is murdered, and the body vanishes.

With Hank sniffing out hidden passages, Josie fully embracing the game, and Casey growing increasingly frustrated by suspects who may not be who they claim to be, Temperance quickly realizes someone planned this murder long before the event began.

With the clock ticking, Temperance and her friends must separate fact from fiction before a killer strikes or, worse, escapes.
