From Magna Carta of Constitutional Monarchy to Emancipation Proclamation of Monarchical Constitution, from Machiavelli and Malthus a nut shell theory of food and population is solved only by breaking its shell. Population is recognized as a parameter in a relationship driven not by human but by nature; the animal husbandry is extended to to the human herd. War is nature’s tool to control over-population.
The Spanish commanded Portuguese colonization of South America in the same way that England forced Irish immigration to the North. These just two of the driving forces to exploration of the new world. The oceans still prove to be perhaps the last of the frontiers- even on earth they offer an endless expanse, but this surrounding the land and fresh waters of the continents- first assumed flat, then thought endless, soon known limited. Now they offer the same bondage in a vain attempt to escape the earth. Oppressed people will be recruited to escape their bondage by those believing in instilling bondage- vainly seeking earth where there is none- food and water, even air to be produced artificially and more easily than where they already exist and just need to be nurtured- in a nature where humans belongs.
