Publisher Description
Farang, The Sequel is the follow-up from the wildly successful first ‘Farang’ written by ex-pat Dr. Iain Corness. In this further light-hearted look at life in Thailand, the good doctor explores such varied aspects as releasing fish to live longer, what price virginity, circumnavigating Thai toilets, the real cost of living for an ex-pat and the vagaries of driving on Thai roads. But it doesn’t end there, as he dissects the strange relationships in Thai families, drops into a karaoke bar one night and laments those who go base jumping without a parachute. This is THE book for anyone who has spent any time in the Land of Smiles, or hopes to do so in the future.
