Hidden Behind the Bones

For forty years, Guy has been hiding behind the bones of other people.  He kills them, disassembles them, and drapes himself in their guise to keep himself out of sight of the people who are trying to kill him and steal his blood.  The problem is, it's all in his head.  Or is it?
