Killer Curb Appeal

An open house isn't usually an invitation to murder. But in Cindy York's world, anything goes.  

The dedicated agent is expecting a sizeable turnout at the open house for her new listing. After all, the home is a prime piece of real estate in an excellent location. A prospective buyer, Ivy Whitaker, is particularly interested in the home. When the smartly dressed, intelligent but arrogant woman takes one look around the house and announces that she's ready to buy, Cindy can hardly believe her good luck. But before Ivy's offer can becomes a done deal, she's struck by a hit-and-run driver while leaving the property. 

Cindy has a hard time believing that the death was an accident, especially when she discovers a letter in the victim's possession. Ivy's interest in the home went far beyond its curb appeal. As Cindy digs into the Ivy's past, she uncovers secrets that someone was willing to kill to protect. She'll need to tread carefully, or the next open house could be her last.
