When Sidney Roper left Indiana to take an intern position with Ross Records in LA, never did she think she'd meet someone like Rob Ross. Lead singer of a popular rock band and owner of Ross Records, Rob becomes the best friend Sidney's ever had.
But Sidney's feelings for Rob change. She fights them as hard as she can, not only because she's afraid she'll lose her friend, but also because his ex-wife is around, trying to reconcile with him.
Sidney's past returns to haunt her, putting her in danger and in closer proximity to Rob. Life becomes complicated, entangling her in drama. Sidney must hold on to the new life she's found with both hands or watch it slip through her fingers, leaving her lonelier than before.
