If kids have the opportunity to come together to get to know one another, they can judge for themselves who they want their friends to be. This quick judgment makes children to easily make friends. Often people know their true friends when they get into trouble or need help. It’s only then that you find out how much of a friend they are to you.
However, sometimes, one may not know what the other friend is passing through at any moment of the other friend’s daily life. The other friend may run into trouble without the other friend knowing. Judging friendship at the point may be wrong and will not give a true judgment of friendship.
The book is about Ted that wrongly judged his friend, Joe for not coming to help him when nail pierced his toe. Ted did not know that Joe lost his money and was busy searching everywhere in the classroom for his money. Ted later found out that Joe was also in trouble and realized that he shouldn’t have judged Joe as a bad friend.
Therefore, don’t be quick to judge!
