Another Mistake

Okay—fine. Two. The first? Kissing Evan. The second? Getting caught on camera…and accidentally going viral. 

Now the entire internet thinks I'm dating the Wildcatters rookie goalie, Evan Pelletier.  And thanks to a PR disaster (long story involving seafood and regret), we're stuck living under the same roof until the story dies down. 

Temporary. Controlled. Completely fake. 

Except...Evan doesn't do anything halfway. Not hockey. Not feelings. And definitely not me. He's sweet in a way that feels dangerous. Patient in a way that makes me forget all the reasons I should keep my distance. And when he looks at me like I'm something worth choosing? Yeah. That's a problem. Because I don't do reckless. I don't do temporary. 

And I definitely don't fall for men who can leave as fast as they came. Too bad the rookie goalie already fell first. And he's not letting me walk away without a fight...
