Luna's simple night in the forest is about to change, first with the wolf who saves her life, then with the elf who steals her heart. Sent out into the forest on the night of her birth, Luna is trapped in a cave with a wolf waiting outside. There's no escape. But when the wolf defends her against the other creatures of the night, she won't sit back and let him die.

Darius has been guarding the elementals for one hundred years. He's forgotten who he is, or why he's cursed in wolf form. The forest is his and when a female he's never seen before wanders into his cave, a stirring happens deep inside…something he should remember.
