Healing

“Healing is a book about overcoming and speaking out loud, what has ran through my mind during life experiences. Writing this book “Healing” I can see my transformation, it has force me thoroughly, to look at my missteps, harsh realities of acceptance and empowerment to become my authentic self, it also showed me that I am still a work in progress, because somethings in my life experience still stings and I have not truly gotten over it. Forgiveness is the key and I am learning to forgive, but I realize I will never forget. So, I am embracing my healing process to become my authentic self. I like who I am, I appreciate who I am and I respect who I am and going forward with the rest of my life I will not accept anything less.
