I Was Hurt

When I say "I was hurting," I do not mean physically. In fact, my body
was perfectly healthy. But my mind was racing and my heart felt heavy. I
was going through a tough time emotionally and mentally. It is a feeling
that I am sure many of you can relate to – that feeling of being lost,
overwhelmed and uncertain about the future.
