Meeting Places, Learning Spaces

What does it take to design spaces for learning, and to design the kind of learning we want to see? 


At the CEFPI Australasia conference in Canberra in 2015 it struck me that it could be useful to collate and share some of the stories of how good design can have a positive impact on learning. It is extremely hard for educators to tell a story about how learning changes with space, without really diving deeply into what wasn’t right with the learning in their classrooms before, but this book is starting point for a debate, about what it really means to create meeting places and learning spaces.
