Ores, Mines and Our Reflections

This book is a collection of impressions from the study of the Berkeley Pit Mining area in Butte, Montana.  

The project was a collaborative effort by Big Sky High School Native Studies students and Willard Alternative High School Environmental Studies students from Missoula, Montana, guided by instructors Kathy Sharbono and Gail Chandler.  The project was funded through a generous grant from the Missoula Education Foundation.
