Illinois Central Railraod Comapny v. Dupont

In this insurance coverage dispute, appellee Illinois Central Railroad Co. (the Railroad) argues that an insurance policy issued by appellant Underwriters Insurance Co. (Underwriters) should be deemed to include an endorsement pertinent to a regulation of the motor carrier insured. The district court disagreed, and granted summary judgment in favor of Underwriters.
