Just when the Chief of Police Joe Novelli thinks his job can't get any tougher trying to figure out who murdered a girl, his office gets vandalized and a cop from New York shows up expressing that she can do his job better than him. Or least she thinks so. Then there's another murder and his wife, who has been having mental problems goes over the edge and things appear to go backwards instead of forwards. What can happen next?
