Knowledge Of The Mystical: A Mechanical Understanding Of The Workings Of Consciousness

The author began his spiritual life at age 11 after having a mystical experience. He studied with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and was personally made a teacher of meditation by him in 1972, and later served as his personal assistant. He has taught thousands of students around the world. So often, the descriptions of enlightenment make it seem an impossible goal. Yet as the author describes, the mystical and the ordinary exist together in our daily life. His stories do not tell us how we will awaken but they do make it more real and normal.
