Larson's Estate. Holmlund Et Al. v. La

The appeal is by La Crosse Trust Company, as administrator de bonis non of the estate of Peter Larson, deceased, and the residuary legatees under his will from an order and judgment of the county court construing the final decree to have granted Caroline Larson, the widow, an absolute life estate with the absolute ownership of all income and the right to invade the principal, if necessary, for her needs, comfort and enjoyment; and determining that O. O. Holmlund, executor of the last will and testament of Caroline Larson has filed as accurate and detailed reports of the handling of the Peter Larson estate as the available data make possible, and that he is not required to account for the unused or accumulated income from the trust estate created by the final judgment in the estate of Peter Larson.
