 정글같은 학교에서의 생활. 그리고 집에서는 찬밥신세. 그렇기에 어디가도 놀림만 당하고 무시당하기 일수고 존재감도 자신감 없는 아이, 탁호흥.  운동에는 전혀 취미가 없던 그저 그런 고등학생 주인공 호옹이가 있다.

그런 호옹이가 어느날 좋아하는 여자아이에게 고백하려고 하다가 자신이 그동안 얼마나 존재감이 없었는지 뼈저리게 깨닫게 되고 깊은 절망에 빠진다. 

 그때 우연히 특별한 스케이트 보드와 마주하게 된다.  그 보드는 슬픔에 빠져있는 주인공에게 말을 걸어온다. 주인공과 반대의 성격을 가진 보드는 주인공을 자극하게 되고 보드가 이끄는 대로 주인공은 무언가를 하기 시작한다.  그 결과 생각지도 못한 것 들을 얻게 되고 주인공의 성격은 점점 변해간다.
