This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 15th International Conference on Software Business, ICSOB 2024, which took place in Utrecht, The Netherlands, during November 18-20, 2024. The special theme of ICSOB 2024 was Ethics, Equity, and Sustainability in Software Business.
