That Nashville Feeling

What is the most exciting city in the world?


New York, you say. No, you bet your Carnegie Hall, it ain’t!

 What about Merry Old London? No, not for all the Queen’s Jewels in the Tower of London.


Then, what about all the bright lights of Paris? Absolutely no, not for all the treasures in Musee du Louvre,


Then it must be Rome, the Eternal City. No, not for all the crumbling stones in the Ancient Colosseum.


I know what y’all must finally be thinking, that glittering city of Martin and Sinatra, Las Vegas. No not for all the poker chips in that little town.


The answer is the Music Capital of the World, Nashville, Tennessee, the home of Hank Williams, Patsy Cline, George Jones and Tammy Wynette, Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton, Garth Brooks, Vince Gill and hardly to say least, Reba McEntire.


From strolling up and down Broadway at night (not the one in Manhattan), to Opryland, to the General Jackson showboat, to the Country Music Hall of Fame, to Ryman Auditorium, to the two great legends of Country Music, Hank and Cash, to the Hermitage, to the Parthenon, to three of the most exciting up and coming Country Music artists in Music City USA, come along with Clara and I on our musical trip of a lifetime.
