More than a culinary journey, with her healthy, easy to prepare dishes, this is OEzlem's tribute to the wonderfully diverse cuisine of Turkey. It's also a celebration of her Southern Turkish roots with local and regional recipes from her homeland, Antioch, Antakya (near the Syrian border). She hopes these recipes will take you on that journey, to learn, taste and enjoy Turkey's delicious foods, and most importantly feel the warmth and sharing spirit of Turkish culture.
