Publisher Description

A.B. & B. Co., a beer wholesaler, petitions this Court to reverse a decision of the Acting Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms which held that the petitioner had willfully violated 27 U.S.C. §§ 205(a), 205(b) by requiring and inducing a retailer to purchase Schlitz beer exclusively from petitioner to the exclusion in whole or in part of any other malt beverage sold by other persons. The ATF suspended petitioners wholesaler permit for five consecutive days.
