Advantage Development

The Board of Supervisors of Jackson Township (Township) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County (trial court), which granted Advantage Development, Inc.'s (Developer) motion for peremptory judgment on its complaint in mandamus and deemed approved Developer's revised final subdivision plan (Revised Final Plan) because the Township's denial of the Revised Final Plan did not satisfy section 508(2) of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (MPC).*fn1 We reverse.
