The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the lower court. The petition was in conventional form, alleging that a felonious entry had been made into the premises of the plaintiff at 3117-3119 Locust street, St. Louis, Mo., and that merchandise in the value of $5,439.45 had been taken therefrom.
