Action by the plaintiff Fred Bachmann against the defendant railroad company to recover damages for personal injuries as the
result of a boxcar door accidentally falling upon plaintiff, the date of the accident being August 9, 1950. The action was tried to a court and jury, Judge Reis presiding, and a special verdict was submitted to the jury. The first
