Defendant Mark Hall appeals from a trial courts denial of his motion to compel a sale of real property. We find the courts ruling is not an appealable order. We therefore dismiss the appeal. Plaintiffs are awarded double costs, including reasonable attorney fees, pursuant to R. Utah Ct. App. 33(a).
