Badillo v. State

Thomas Erik Badillo was convicted of prohibited sexual conduct by a jury and sentenced to a term of four and one-half years in prison. In his pro se appeal, Badillo contends the trial court erred in admitting evidence and charging the jury and that his trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance. We affirm the trial courts judgment.
