Bagwell v. State

1 Johnny W. Bagwell, plaintiff in error, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged by information in the county court of Ottawa County with the offense of unlawful transportation of intoxicating liquor, specified as 846 bottles of assorted brands. A jury was waived.
