Baierl v. Hinshaw and Another

Action by plaintiff Charles Baierl against defendants Leo R. Hinshaw and American Service Mutual Insurance Company to recover damages for personal injuries and property damage resulting from an automobile collision. Hartford Accident & Indemnity Company, insurer of plaintiffs car, was impleaded as a defendant. Leo Hinshaw (hereinafter "defendant") counterclaimed for his damages against plaintiff and the impleaded defendant.
