Barthiume v. State

Appellant, Robert Willard Barthiume, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was convicted upon a plea of guilty
for the offense of First Degree Robbery, in the District Court, Oklahoma County, Case No. 34152, on July 16, 1968, and thereupon
sentenced to imprisonment for a term of five (5) years, which sentence was suspended upon probation.
