The book "Beef Dishes" is published as the second item in the series "Old kitchen recipes from Central Europe". In this book you will find +100 recipes for beef dishes.
The presented recipes were popular over 120 years ago in Central Europe - from Lithuania to Austria. The author, Maria Ochorowicz-Monatowa, practiced at the imperial court in Vienna and published extensively on nutrition. Some of the recipes in this book may seem bizarre (that's how they used to cook!), but most of them describe how to prepare tasty dishes.
It is good to serve a meat dish with a sauce - the last chapter describes how to prepare meat sauces.
