This is the third volume of short fiction from acclaimed Chicago author Anne O'Brien. Her previous books - "Plenary Indulgence" and "The Grand Dame of Granville Avenue" - served as love-letters to her hometown and here, Ms. O'Brien continues to hold a mirror up to her beloved metropolis, each story paying homage to both Chicago itself and to finding romance in the mundane.
