Farmer v. Sanford

1 This is an original proceeding filed in this Court by George Farmer, petitioner, seeking a writ of prohibition directed to the Municipal Court and Hillis Sanford, the Judge thereof, to prohibit further enforcement of the judgment and sentence in a case where defendant was convicted of operating a disorderly house.
