Farrero v. National Aeronautics And Space Administration

Anthony L. Farrero appeals from the decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board, which held that his settlement agreement with the National Aeronautics and Space Agency ("the agency") was not invalid due to mutual mistake or misrepresentation. See Farrero v. NASA, No. AT-1221-93-0162-W-2 (Sept. 14, 1999) (Farrero II). We affirm the Boards decision.
