Farris v. Cannon

1 The issues presented are: [1] Did the trial court err in barring judgment creditors from access to the county clerks office for filing of record therein a judgment recovered by them in the district court? [2] If so, can the judgment debtor secure a discharge of the judgment lien while the appeal is pending? We answer both questions in the affirmative.
