Gadda v. State Bar of California

Miguel Gadda ("Gadda") appeals, pro se, the district courts order granting defendants motions to dismiss and for judgment on the pleadings. Because the retroactive application of the 2003 amendment to section 6080.10 of the California Business and Professions Code violates neither the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment nor the Ex Post Facto Clause, we affirm.
