Ganther v. State

A jury found appellant Kenneth Ganther guilty of robbery, found two prior felony enhancements true, and assessed his punishment at confinement for life in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. In four issues, appellant challenges the validity of his waiver of his right to representation, denial of his request for "co-counsel," and the trial courts comments during voir dire. We affirm.
