Gebraal v. Immigration and Naturalization Service

Nameer Yacoub Gebraal, a native and citizen of Iraq, petitions for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") summary dismissal for lack of specificity of his appeal from an immigration Judges ("IJ") decision denying his application for asylum. He also seeks review of the BIAs dismissal of his appeal from the IJs decision denying his application for suspension of deportation. We deny the petition for review.
