We granted the writ of defendant, Acceptance Insurance Company (AIC), because it appeared the decision of the court of appeal
was in conflict with decisions from other circuits dealing with the exclusion for bodily injuries arising out of the use of
a motor vehicle which is commonly found in homeowner's insurance policies.
