George Thomas Gabourie v. State Idaho

WALTERS, C.J. George Thomas Gabourie appeals from an order of the district court dismissing his application for post-conviction relief.
We affirm the order in part but remand the case for further proceedings on one allegation made by Gabourie concerning a claim
of ineffective assistance of counsel.
