Publisher Description
DeBRULER, J. The defendant-appellant, George Williams, was convicted of robbery, a class B felony, Ind. Code Ann. § 35-42-5-1 (Burns 1979) and was sentenced to a term of twenty years' imprisonment. This appeal presents one issue consisting of a three-part attack on the verdict as being contrary to law: (1) The evidence failed to prove defendant's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
