Defendants, Century Mortgage and Investment Corporation and William F. Stromer (Century), appeal an amended judgment entered for plaintiffs, Glenarm Associates, Tom Hansen, and Ed Willems (Glenarm), upon Glenarms claims for breach of contract and for conversion. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand with directions.
